The Spring Festival of India, Holi - is a festival of colors. The colorful festival of Holi is celebrated on Phalgun Purnima which comes in February end or early March. It is especially marked by unmixed gaiety and frolics and is common to all sections of the people. It is the second most important festival of India after Diwali.
